- **Standard** — AUD $350/month. Up to 20 admin users, 100 active clients. Includes SCHADS Award payroll integrations, DSS DEX API reporting, priority support, monthly updates, custom branding. Ideal for mid-size aged care, NDIS providers, community health organisations.
- **Enterprise** — Custom SOW. Unlimited users, unlimited clients. Dedicated multi-tenant database, custom API integrations, white-label deployment, dedicated account manager, SLA-backed uptime, on-site implementation. For multi-site operators, national networks, government contracts.

### Social Concessions (Stackable)
