- Standard: AUD $350/month — up to 20 admin users, 100 active clients. Includes SCHADS payroll and DSS DEX API reporting.
- Enterprise: Custom SOW — unlimited users, dedicated multi-tenant database, custom API integrations, white-label.

Social Concessions (stackable):
- NFP Allowance: 20% flat discount for ACNC-registered charities. Verified via ABN checksum + ACNC Charity Register.
- RRR Subsidy: 15% flat discount for MM 3–7 operators. Verified via MMM 2023 postcode lookup (data.gov.au, updated July 2025).
- Maximum combined concession: 35% (NFP + RRR stacked).

Audit Credit Program:
- Technology & Friction Audit: AUD $2,500 flat fee.
